Uniform measures: examples and characterizations

Synopsis:

A measure in $$\mathbb{R}^d$$ is called $$n$$-uniform if the measure of a ball of radius $$r$$ centered at a point $$x$$ of its support is given by $$cr^n$$ for some fixed constant $$c$$.
In this talk, I will present some results on their geometry including a description of their support and a family of new examples of uniform measures.
