Undergraduate Tutoring Center


The Mathematics Department is offering in-person tutoring for the Summer 2026 semester. Tutoring will begin on Monday, May 18th and will end on Wednesday, August 12.  All Math tutoring sessions are FREE and held on a drop-in basis; students do not need to schedule appointments. Please note that tutoring is not held on University Holidays.

Students can join any tutoring session for assistance in the following courses:

  • MATH-UA 009 Algebra, Trigonometry, and Functions
  • MATH-UA 120 Discrete Math
  • MATH-UA 121 Calculus I
  • MATH-UA 122 Calculus II
  • MATH-UA 123 Calculus III
  • MATH-UA 140 Linear Algebra

Tutoring for the following courses is offered at the discretion of the department:

  • MATH-UA 131, 132, 133 Math for Economics I, II, III: Tutors with MFE experience will have "[Math for Econ I-III]" listed.
  • MATH-UA 325 Analysis and MATH-UA 343 Algebra: Tutors with Analysis and Algebra experience will have "[Analysis & Algebra]" listed

In-person tutoring is offered in room 505 in Warren Weaver Hall. Our address is 251 Mercer St. There is no virtual option for tutoring for the Summer 2026 semester. 

All tutoring sessions are FREE and held on a drop-in basis; students do not need to schedule appointments ahead of time. Please note that tutoring sessions are subject to change. Be sure to check the schedule below for updates before you attend a session.
